Rudolph Peppermint Mocha Cupcakes

Happy holidays! Sorry we haven't been around lately, but don't worry we're coming back with a bang!!! We created these cute and tasty cupcakes that are easy to bake.



Ingredients:
  • Betty Crocker's Chocolate Cake Mix
  • Milano Slices (peppermint)
  • Peppermint White Chocolate
  • M&Ms' (peanut(red) and regular(green & blue))
  • Pretzels
  • Chocolate Icing (Store bought or homemade, but we just bought some)
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 1: Crush peppermint cookies in a ziplock, gather ingredients, and mix batter













Step 2: Put the cookie pieces in the bowl with the already-mixed batter and mix again

Step 3: Scoop batter into cupcake pan. 2 1/2 tablespoons in each cupcake holder thingy












Step 4: Put in oven for 18 minutes, and while your waiting check out some of our other blogs. ;)

Step 5: Let them cool for 5 minutes before decorating.















Step 6: Break pretzels for the antlers



Step 7: Ice cupcakes and start putting on the face
Step 8: ENJOY!!!!!
