Homemade Holiday Gifts

They always say the best gifts are the ones you make yourself. So if you're feeling creative and don't want to go out and buy gifts, here are some gifts that are easy to make and that people will love!

1. Stacked Jar Hot Chocolate Snowmen: Just find some half-sized mason jars and fill them with peppermints, hot cocoa mix, and mini marshmallows. Use velcro to keep the jars held together, and use sharpie markers to make the face and buttons. Then use a ribbon for the scarf and the hat and you got a cute hot chocolate snowman!!!

2. Homemade Christmas Tree Ornament: This is everyone's go-to homemade present because it's easy to do and everyone loves it. They are really fun for crafts at parties and it's something that you can actually use for a long time. You need some clear glass ornaments, ink, glitter, a funnel, and markers (optional). You want to get glitter that is as very thin or it won't stick to the glass. Open the ornament and drop some ink into the ornament. Rotate the ornament around so that the ink can get all over the ornament. This is also a handy tool to keep the glitter stuck to the glass. Now get the funnel and put it in the opening of the ornament. Pour the glitter in the funnel. Rotate the ornament again to spread the glitter out around the ornament. Close the opening and use the markers to decorate if you want to and enjoy your homemade Christmas ornament!

3. Photo Wreaths: This is a great gift for friends! You need some construction paper, photos, and ribbon for decorating. Start out by cutting out little pictures and gluing them to colorful construction paper. Then cut around the picture and glue them together in a circular formation. Get some ribbon and glue it to the back of the pictures so you can hang it up. Use some little bows to decorate around like in the picture.

5. Candy Sleigh: The only thing you need for this gift is some candy, ribbon, and a bow. Stack some candy on top of each other from biggest to smallest. Put 2 candy canes under the candy stack and put it all together with ribbon and a bow on top. Probably the cutest homemade gift I've seen!!
