Quick and Healthy Packed Lunches

Summer went by too fast and sadly, it's already time to start school again. Staying healthy at school can be very challenging at times, so I have made a list of some quick and easy lunches you can pack for school. The number one thing you want to stay away from is sugars and carbs. Try to get food high in protein and low in carbs and sugars. Also, don't forget to your veggies! With out further due here are some quick and easy healthy lunches.

Turkey, Cheese, and Whole Wheat Crackers

Very quick and easy just grab any ham or turkey, get some laughing cow cheese spread, and whole wheat crackers. Also you could add some grapes and strawberries for extra and maybe pack some carrots and ranch for a snack later.

Pita Chips, Hummus and Almonds

Hummus is so delicious and very high in protein so this is a great meal pack for lunch. Don't forget to add some fruit like apples or pears and dd some almonds to fill you up a little more. I suggest Stacy's sea salt pita chips and emerald cinnamon roast almonds they are both so yummy.

Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wrap with a Fruit Salad

Just throw grilled chicken in a container with some lettuce, nuts, any vegetables you would like and some dressing and your set. You can put the wrap together at lunch and it's super easy and quick. Also pack mixture of fruit on the side.

A Meal Bar and Grapes

This a great lunch to pack if you're running late in the morning and have no time. Feel free to add some string cheese or anything else you would like if that's not enough for you.

Greek Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts (Yogurt Parfait)

This meal is so tasty and will keep you full all day! You can mix the nuts, fruit and yogurt at home or you can just pack all the ingredient for lunch and make it at lunch. This is also a healthy meal but watch out for the hidden sugar in some Greek yogurts. You may not know it but a lot of yogurts are jam packed with sugars so always check before you buy some so you don't ruin your diet. I suggest Fage total 0 original yogurt because it's not full of sugar!

If you want more comment below!! Thanks! XOXO
