Wreck this Journal Ideas

I discovered this craft on Pinterest and I absolutely love it. This craft would be great for a rainy day and perfect for all those artistic people out there. Basically it's a journal that you basically "wreck". You can put any thing in the pages but here are a few ideas. Before you start you need to label every page with instructions to follow.
